Posted by in UncategorizedLast week, suddenly synthetic network server cannot be accessed.
After full of confusion, I eventually get in contact with the synthetic network side.
Long story short: The server hardrive is damaged (I don’t know why and don’t bother to ask more detail, because I already pissed off) ALL OF MY DATAS ARE GONE! THEY NOT EVEN ABLE TO RECOVERY THE BACK UP, (I ask them about the last year back up, but it seems all backup is in one harddrive, the daily, the monthly, and even the yearly back up)
Their excuse is, free hosting don’t have back up. Wait… really? Why they never told me from the first time they gave me the hosting??? (I was offered, not requesting or registering to them)
They also not offering me any compensation, they’re just “sorry no more free hosting”. FYI, synthetic network is not a free hosting server. If a hosting company is offering me their service, why they not treating me just like people who pay for web hosting? They’re the one who offering me this hosting 
My 2 years post, over than 50 posts, gone for good.
So, today I just took a new hosting. Hopefully, I can restore everything, minus the datas in synthetic network
